Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- Community Development & management
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse and report on social media metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and design, to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and visual skills, with experience in creating social media content.
- Experience in analyzing and reporting on social media metrics.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
